These Terms & Conditions govern your use of phmarry and all services offered on this platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age and located in the Philippines to use phmarry. Creating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. Age and identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before withdrawals.
Each player may hold only one registered phmarry account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balance. Accounts are personal and non-transferable under any circumstances.
All promotional bonuses are subject to published wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to exploit bonuses through unusual gameplay patterns may result in bonus cancellation. Full terms are published with each promotion.

By accessing phmarry, clicking "I Agree," registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register a phmarry Account, you must:
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, email address, Philippine mobile number, and a chosen password. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
phmarry reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on phmarry at any one time. If phmarry identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings in those Accounts may be voided. The existence of multiple Accounts by the same person constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify phmarry immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. phmarry will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain Account security. phmarry will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel.
phmarry is obligated under Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR-context compliance requirements to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. By registering an Account, you agree to complete KYC verification upon request and in any event before your first withdrawal.
KYC verification requires submission of:
phmarry aims to process KYC submissions within fifteen (15) minutes during standard operating hours. phmarry reserves the right to extend this timeline for complex verification cases. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is fully approved.
If a Player fails to submit required KYC documents within thirty (30) days of a formal request, phmarry reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, including suspension of deposit and withdrawal capabilities, until verification is completed. phmarry may permanently close Accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed.
All transactions on phmarry are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phmarry does not apply currency conversion fees. The displayed balance at all times reflects Philippine Peso.
phmarry currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph. phmarry reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit at phmarry is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos) per transaction, applicable across all accepted payment methods. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may be set by phmarry or by the payment method provider and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by phmarry's compliance team. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days. First-time withdrawals and amounts exceeding ₱500,000 may require additional verification.
phmarry reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests. During any investigation, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed. phmarry will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected Player within twenty-four (24) hours of the delay.
By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. phmarry is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines where required by law.
phmarry offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit matches, weekly reload bonuses, cashback credits, and loyalty tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. These Terms govern the general framework; specific promotion terms supplement and, where inconsistent, take precedence.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total Bonus Funds credited. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds are not withdrawable.
A Player may only claim each specific promotion once unless stated otherwise. Eligibility for bonuses is subject to: Account KYC verification status, account standing (no active investigations or restrictions), minimum qualifying deposit where applicable, and not being self-excluded at the time of claim. phmarry reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify Players who are found to be abusing promotional structures.
Behaviour that phmarry considers to constitute bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, using strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as covering all outcomes in a single game round), collusion between Players to exchange bonus value, and any automated or scripted play. Detection of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent Account closure.
phmarry hosts only official, certified game builds provided directly by licensed game developers. phmarry does not and will not modify game mathematics, Return to Player (RTP) rates, or any game mechanic. The RTP information published for each game reflects the developer's independently verified figure.
All phmarry games that use Random Number Generation (RNG) employ certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and wheel-spinning in regulated studio environments — no RNG is used for live dealer game results.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or network disruption that affects game outcome or display, phmarry reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's Balance. phmarry's decision on disputed game outcomes, made in good faith using available game logs and technical data, is final and binding.
phmarry reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the platform at any time without prior notice. Scheduled maintenance windows during which games may be temporarily unavailable will be communicated in advance where possible.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phmarry. Violation of any of these prohibitions is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and where appropriate, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
phmarry reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where: (a) a Player violates any provision of these Terms; (b) phmarry is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement directive; (c) phmarry suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (d) a Player's Account is found to have been registered using false information; or (e) a Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting phmarry support. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering) will be returned to the verified payment method on file within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
Upon Account closure for any reason, all accumulated Bonus Funds, free spins, and loyalty points are immediately forfeited and have no cash value. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds where wagering requirements had not yet been met at the time of closure are also void.

Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration selected by the Player. During a self-exclusion period, phmarry will: refuse any attempt by the excluded Player to register a new Account; suppress all marketing communications to the excluded Player; and process any remaining real-money Balance for return to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days of exclusion.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content; use of automated systems to access or interact with the Platform; or any use that infringes the intellectual property rights of phmarry or its licensors.
Game content, including game designs, mechanics, and mathematics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers (including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and others) and is licensed to phmarry for display on the Platform. Players have no rights in respect of game intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmarry's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phmarry shall not be liable for: loss of winnings where game rounds are voided due to technical malfunction; interruptions to service due to maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events; losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account security; indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
The Platform is provided "as is." phmarry makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.
phmarry collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your personal data will only be used for purposes related to Account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, regulatory reporting, responsible gaming administration, and communications directly related to your phmarry Account and the services you have subscribed to. phmarry will not sell your personal data to third parties. phmarry reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details on file at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are necessitated by law, regulation, or court order.
The current version of these Terms, as published on this page, supersedes all prior versions. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phmarry that cannot be resolved through phmarry's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted to phmarry's customer support team via the live chat available in the Account dashboard or by email to [email protected]. phmarry will acknowledge receipt of a dispute within twenty-four (24) hours and issue a final resolution within fifteen (15) business days. During investigation, the relevant Account may be temporarily restricted.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
